Hi Pamela, I am leaning on your expertise once again.
My babies are 4 weeks old now and bloat has become a big problem.
They do eat a few pellets now, all the greens I'll give them and they
do seem to make the hay disappear in time, but not enough to notice in
just a couple of days. All I have is timothy right now. :(

But they have a strong preferrence for the milk replacer. whenever
I go in there, they get all excited, climbing all over each other. But
it seems to be the milk replacer that is causing the bloat. This
stuff is absolutely fresh. I'm discarding it after only a few days
because I'm worried about contaminanents. I do have some
Albon, but it is old. It has been refrigerated. Do you think
it would be safe to put a drop or 2 into the milk replacer?

As long as the Albon is still the right color, try it...it can hardly hurt...
